The aim of this Project is to contribute to the competitiveness of the industry in Gipuzkoa, by training intermediary agents in the management of organisational transformation process of SMEs.
Orkestra will work with five Territorial Development Agencies in Gipuzkoa (Debegesa, Uggasa, Urola Kosta, Beterriko Garapen Agentzia and Oarsoaldea) as well as HOBEST in the development of this second phase of the project that started in 2015.
The Project, funded by the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, focuses on initiating organisational innovation processes for several SMEs in Gipuzkoa. The final aim is to train the participating Development Agencies of Gipuzkoa to lead processes of this type within their county’s industry.
The Orkestra team, led by Henar Alcalde – and includes the participation of Aitziber Elola, Usue Lorenz, Jabier Retegi and Lorea Larrabeiti –, will work to analyse how agencies develop these processes, together with the support of a consultant, and how the relationships with firms are managed, to initiate an organisational transformation process. As a result, a guide on the training and role that should be adopted by the development agencies during these processes will be elaborated.
