Maria is a predoctoral researcher at Orkestra, where she collaborates on projects related to business effectiveness and people's wellbeing. She holds a Degree in International Business from the University of Barcelona, and has completed her official studies with a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance at the University of Lausanne. She also spent a year at the University of Durham, England, where she studied Behavioural Finance and Game Theory.
Prior to joining Orkestra, Maria worked in a multinational company based in Geneva, and in a consultancy in Barcelona where her interest in research, development and innovation grew. She is currently starting her PhD thesis process.
