Itziar is a researcher at Orkestra where she combines her expertise in data analytics and her knowledge of the business environment to research and to leverage the value of data to make strategic decisions and catalyse the transformation of organisations.
She started her academic journey at Mondragon Unibertsitatea where she obtained a degree in Computer Engineering. She continued her journey at Athlone Institute of Technology, where she obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Software Engineering. During this period, she acquired a solid grounding in the fundamentals of software engineering, laying the foundation for his future career in data analysis and management.
Seeking broader challenges and multidisciplinary training, she embarked on a PhD degree in Educational Innovation and Intervention at Mondragon Unibertsitatea. During this time, she researched on the digital competences of students and the impact of emerging technologies on teaching-learning processes.
In the professional world, she put his academic experience into practice in data analysis to optimise business processes and implement technological solutions in the field of education. She also holds multiple certificates and degrees from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in specialised areas such as business intelligence, data analytics and data management.
