Adegi Orkestra Innovacion Empresarial

Orkestra and the Business Association of de Gipuzkoa, ADEGI, have signed a collaboration agreement through which both parties will work to promote and facilitate the deployment of tools that will contribute to organisational innovation in companies.
The agreement reached between the general secretary of ADEGI, José Miguel Ayerza, and the director general of Orkestra, Mari Jose Aranguren, will promote and study processes of organisational transformation in Gipuzcoan companies.

To this end, use will be made of the case studies of the New Business Culture Programme, promoted by ADEGI, for the cultural transformation of companies towards new shared projects. Orkestra will study these cases, in order to generate and further knowledge of those aspects that will improve and contribute efficiently to the implementation of these kinds of processes.

By means of this agreement, “it is to hoped that both institutions will benefit via the transfer of knowledge and experience in business innovation, in such a way that this knowledge may be shared, and contribute to the improvement of the industrial fabric of Gipuzkoa”, says Mari Jose Aranguren. And, she adds, “with the results obtained, we hope to be able to build a theoretical framework regarding organisational transformation and applicable to future cases, which might arise both within ADEGI’s New Culture Programme, and in other spheres and fields”.

The fact that Orkestra “examines case studies of Gipuzcoan companies that apply the New Business Culture reinforces the efforts  the companies of Gipuzkoa and Adegi are making to advance towards a new way of doing business that is based on trust via communication, transparency and participation in management and in company results”, declared José Miguel Ayerza. Furthermore, she added, “the fact that with all this we are contributing to the elaboration  of a theoretical framework on organisational transformation is very positive, as the vocation of the New Business Culture, of its principles, guidelines and results, the ultimate objective of which are  more collaborative relations within the company to contribute to the sustainability of the business project, is its extension to the maximum possible number of companies in both Gipuzkoa and other regions”.

The signing of the agreement forms a part of Orkestra’s commitment to act as a driving force for change in the competitiveness of the region, via promotion of transformative research.
