Miren Estensoro, researcher at Orkestra, has appeared this morning in the Basque Parliament to present the analysis carried out on the socioeconomic situation of these three counties and the keys to the design of policies that allow the challenges that come from the unfavourable context in which they find themselves to be tackled.
Francisco José Huidobro, Chairman of the Basque Economic and Social Council and Arantza Unzurrunzaga, head of Studies and Projects Area of the Basque Economic and Social Council later intervened with their vision on this subject.
