About GTECS-RIAC:
The aim of the GTECS of the RIAC is to promote the exchange of knowledge about competitiveness on a sub-national level in order to benefit both the public and private sectors in pursuing public policies concerning economic development and competitiveness.
Orkestra, whose work focuses on research to improve territorial competitiveness, joined the RIAC in 2014. It is thus the first non-American institution to collaborate with the network in the exchange of good practices regarding competitiveness on a regional level between the Americas and Europe.
