Senior researcher
Aitziber is a senior researcher at Orkestra and a lecturer at Deusto Business School. She has 20 years of experience in transformative research, with projects developed primarily at the provincial and regional levels.
Through the facilitation of collaborative processes driven by provincial and regional institutions, with the participation of different agents from the innovation ecosystem, her work seeks to contribute to the improvement of territorial competitiveness. In this context, her research focuses mainly on clusters and territorial competitiveness, innovation and digital transformation in SMEs, and innovation and cluster policies.
Aitziber has published in leading international academic journals and has presented her work in various international forums.
Career
- She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Navarra
- PhD in Business Administration from IESE Business School (University of Navarra).
- Before joining Orkestra, she was a lecturer in the Department of Business Organization at the University of the Basque Country (EHU).
