Senior IT & Big Data 

Her work focuses on the analysis of territorial competitiveness and supporting evidence-based decision-making through the design of indicators, the development of information systems, and the creation of territorial strategic intelligence tools.

She has participated in projects aimed at assessing and monitoring territorial competitiveness, as well as initiatives related to economic transformation, productive specialisation and regional development. In recent years, he has made significant contributions to the competitiveness assessments of Bizkaia and to the development of subregional and county-level observatories in collaboration with the Provincial Councils of Bizkaia and Gipuzkoa.

She currently leads the Basque Cooperatives Observatory and contributes to a new line of research focused on urban competitiveness and the role of cities in enhancing territorial competitiveness and wellbeing.


Career

  • She holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU)
  • She joined Orkestra in 2008, where she has built his professional career in data analysis, indicator design and the development of information systems to support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Throughout her career, she has participated in projects related to economic transformation, productive specialisation, vocational education and training (VET), cultural and creative industries, and territorial development.
