Eva Sanchez

Predoctoral researcher

Josep is a predoctoral researcher at Orkestra. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of the Balearic Islands and a Master's degree in International Economics and Development from Complutense University, Madrid.

He has experience in project management and coordination in the fields of research and local development. He has managed a LEADER local development project in the Serra de Tramuntana and R&D&I projects at the Basque Centre for Applied Mathematics (BCAM). He has also collaborated on tourism and sustainability research with Albasud, socio-economic studies with Intercoopera, and territorial analysis projects with the Fòrum de la Societat Civil de les Illes Balears.

At Orkestra, he conducts research on the demographic challenge and its implications for inclusive competitiveness. His research focuses on studying life trajectories, shared values, and intergenerational solidarity with the aim of rethinking well-being as a collective, interdependent, and sustainable concept.
