Ander Sánchez works as a Technician at Orkestra. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Basque Country, where he specialized in the financial field. He later completed his studies with a Master in Economics: Empirical Applications and Policies from the same university, where he developed strong analytical skills, both qualitative and, especially, quantitative.
He has notable research experience, particularly through his master's thesis titled The Gender Pay Gap in Spain: A machine learning approach. In this project, he integrated skills in social and qualitative analysis with advanced quantitative approaches, utilizing data analysis methods and machine learning. This comprehensive approach allows him to tackle business challenges from diverse perspectives, providing innovative and strategic solutions.
Currently, Ander works on projects related to the Smart Business Lab, focusing on the analysis of business behaviors and strategies. His work in this area involves the use of advanced data analysis techniques and machine learning to better understand business dynamics and develop innovative solutions that enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of organizations.
