Maddalen works as a predoctoral researcher at Orkestra, currently working on projects mainly related to welfare and smart business.
She holds a Degree in Economics, with a major in International Studies, from the Carlos III University of Madrid, where she also explored the field of Sociology. She has completed her official studies with a Master's Degree in Economic Analysis from the UOC. As a result, she has developed analytical skills, both at a qualitative and quantitative levels.
Her interest and social and personal sensitivity have encouraged her to carry out a process of continuous training on issues of social and environmental sustainability, education and public policies, as well as several internships abroad.
Prior to joining Orkestra Maddalen carried out research on issues of inequality. Her work experience has been mainly in the field of territorial development, through local development agencies and participatory governance.
