Predoctoral researcher
Having joined Orkestra, Maddalen has expanded her experience, dedicating her efforts primarily to projects in the domains of public policy and smart enterprise. Her professional work has focused particularly on innovation policy, the role of vocational training, digital transformation in SMEs, collaborative governance and sustainable territorial development.
Career
- She holds a degree in Economics, with a minor in International Studies, from Carlos III University in Madrid, where she also studied Sociology.
- She subsequently completed a Master's degree in Economic Analysis at the UOC.
- Prior to joining Orkestra, Maddalen worked in the field of regional development, having held various roles within local development agencies, and local youth policy.

She is currently completing her doctoral thesis within the “Business and Territorial Competitiveness, Innovation and Sustainability” programme at the University of Deusto.
