The fourth workshop of the Generation programme of home-grown abilities for Gipuzkoa's SMBs, designed by Orkestra in conjunction with the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa, focused on addressing key aspects regarding organisational and open innovation models.
Gipuzkoa's six development agencies that take part in this programme met again at the University of Deusto (Donostia-San Sebastián Campus). In this session, given by Orkestra's researchers, they dealt with the key determinants regarding organisational change, which are: internal communication; interaction with surroundings; the need for training/education; management of processes and improvement; dynamism and drive and determination in strategic actions.
The workshop also focused on addressing points such as open innovation strategies, placing special emphasis on characteristics that involve collaborating in order to innovate, and on innovation models based on collaborative relationships.
At the end of the workshop the participants reflected on the actions to be carried out in order to make progress regarding the awareness of Gipuzkoa's SMBs in this area.
