Enerclub (Spanish Energy Club). Paseo de la Castellana 257, 2nd floor. In Madrid at 12:00 noon.
Orkestra's Energy Department, along with the Spanish Energy Club, presents the report “Energy Transition in Germany” (Energiewende).
The study, prepared by Orkestra, addresses the process of energy transition in Germany. It deals with issues such as: energy structure and its historical evolution, political context, basic regulation, the evolution of electricity prices and their impact on the competitiveness of the industry.
Furthermore, it analyses the relationship between industrial policy and energy, renewable energy in particular.
For years, the combination of technological developments, the struggle against climate change and regulation, have encouraged processes of energy transition like the German case, which assumes particular relevance as it is a process which serves as a reference for many European countries, including Spain.
This study seeks to shed light on the topic and be a reference for the analysis of energy policies.
