Keys for Organisational Innovation and Open Innovation Models

Programme: The creation of home-grown abilities for the competitiveness of Gipuzkoas's SMBs through organisational transformation processes: a research-action project.

The workshop to be held with Gipuzkoa's development agencies, within the framework of the programme developed with the help of the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa and the European Social Fund (EURADA) has as its goal:

• To find out what the keys are to managing companies' organisational change.
• To find out how open innovation models work, their design, and implications for the firm.
• To stimulate reflection on how businesses can be provided with a road map that aids the implementation of organisational change.
• To seek continuation of the issues raised. How to transfer what has been learnt to the region.
