Abstract

This report is part of the joint work being carried out by the Praxis Institute (UTN FRRA) and Orkestra-Basque Institute of Competitiveness.

Motivated by the need to reflect on their practices and provoke debates in relation to Territorial Development and environmental issues, Miren Larrea and Pablo Costamagna,propose to deepen the response to the climate emergency by giving it greater centrality, reviewing trajectories, experiences, rethinking concepts and trying to answer some of the new questions that are appearing.
