Abstract
This report examines the role of socioeconomic actors in collaboration processes to address challenges and seize the opportunities offered by the Atlantic Axis. Through a structured narrative, the document explores how these actors can contribute to the transformations needed for territorial development.
First, the Atlantic Axis is geographically delimited, providing a clear framework for analysis. Then, the methodology used is described, followed by a detailed identification of the characteristics of the Atlantic Axis, as well as its strengths and weaknesses in relation to the priorities defined by the emerging Atlantic Macro-region. This analysis establishes the foundations for proposing key transformations.
The report concludes with a proposal for transformation opportunities, emphasizing that socioeconomic actors can have a positive and tangible impact through joint action. These transformations are essential elements for advancing from the current context toward a more prosperous and sustainable future, grounding the necessary decisions and actions for the territory.
