Description

This paper presents the results of the indicator for the digital economy and society, DESI (Digital Economy and Society Index) for the Basque Country in 2018.

It first analyzes the comparison of the Basque reality in relation to the countries of the European Union and later it studies the evolution compared in the last exercise. To do so, it incorporates the methodological novelities incorporated in 2018 by the European Comission.
