Senior associated researcher
Pablo Costamagna is a senior associated researcher at Orkestra. A Doctor of Development Studies from the University of the Basque Country, lecturer and researcher, he gives classes on postgraduate courses at different universities in Latin America and is the director of Master’s degrees in Territorial Development at Rafaela Regional Faculty at the National Technological University, Argentina.
Among the managerial experiences gained, he was Secretary of Economic Programming for the Municipality of Rafaela in Argentina during the 90s and ran a IDB-MIF project in the Central Region of the Province of Santa Fe, Argentina, between 2007 and 2011. His most recent work involves Development Agencies, institutional networks on a local level, issues related to the building of capacities in the territory and the state of Territorial Development policies.
He currently coordinates the ConectaDEL Programme, the Regional Training Programme for Local Economic Development with Social Inclusion for Latin America and the Caribbean under the IDB-MIF project.
