Orkestra-Basque Institute of Competitiveness is an initiative of Deusto Foundation, an institution whose aim is to transfer scientific knowledge to the society.

Deusto Foundation is the body that manages, promotes and provides research services to companies and institutions in order to transfer the knowledge that is generated through research to society, emphasysing research and teaching activities and technological advance, identifying these needs, using the necessary resources to carry them out, and supporting their promotion and dissemination.
